Crawford Stadium Event Plan

Crawford High School Stadium Event Plan for ECCC Review and Approval
The El Cerrito Coalition for Livable Neighborhoods and Quality Schools, which formulated a Field Use Policy adopted by the San Diego Unified School District, recently drafted a Stadium Event Policy which will be presented at the October ECCC community meeting for a vote. The Stadium Event Plan sets forth guidelines for security, supervision, communication of personnel, maintenance, clean up, traffic, parking and medical emergencies for each of the stadium’s events.

The Field Use Policy negotiated by the El Cerrito Coalition for Livable Neighborhoods and Quality Schools with the principal at Crawford High School and approved by the San Diego Unified School District’s Board of Trustees on May 26, 2015 called for the establishment of a Stadium Event Plan which the Coalition presents for community review, input, and approval:

The sports fields at Crawford High School are very near to being in condition to use so it is critical that the ECCC approve the Stadium Event Plan at its October community meeting. After the endorsement by the ECCC, the El Cerrito Coalition for Livable Neighborhoods and Quality Schools will take the plan to the principal at Crawford High School to negotiate the school administration’s acceptance and implementation of the Stadium Event Plan mandated by the Field Use Policy approved by the San Diego Unified School District’s Board of Trustees.
