Our Main presentation will be all about Capital Improvement Projects
We are going to review:

– What a Capital Improvement Project (CIP) is;

– Current CIP projects taking place in El Cerrito, as well as those on the CIP list but not yet funded;

– The City of San Diego’s annual CIP process and funding sources;

– CIP Budget, funding and timeframes; and

– How you can add projects to the CIP list.

Capital Improvement Projects are infrastructure projects that serve our community, such as streets, sewers, water mains, parks and traffic signals.

There are some projects that we, as residents have opportunities to have a say in, though some huge projects, such as water mains and sewers, are handled almost entirely by the City.

When it comes to parks, street resurfacing, traffic signals, we can have a say!

Please join us to find out more and give us your suggestions.

We will also have:

Current updates from representatives of our elected officials;

Current updates from:

-San Diego Police Community Relations Officer;

-CACC & EACPC planning groups;

-Colina Del Sol Parks and Rec Board; and
