ELECTIONS MATTER! 

 

Please join us to hear from County Supervisor Candidate, Monica Montgomery Steppe and possibly Paul McQuigg at this meeting.  

 

El Cerrito is in County District 4, which is having a County Supervisor Primary Election on August 15, 2023, for the position vacated by Nathan Fletcher.

 

We heard from County Supervisor Candidates, Janessa Goldbeck and Amy Reichert at our meeting last month.

 

Many of our residents have lamented their election choices in the 2020 election, so we want you to meet the candidates to help you be as knowledgeable as possible for all upcoming elections!

 

In addition to updates from elected officials’ representatives, Community Relations officer & planning groups, we will also talk about the Responsible Growth Rally taking place on Saturday, July 29th, from 11:00-1:00.

 

We want at least 1,000 people to attend the Rally, so are calling on all El Cerrito residents to join in.

 

We know there are a lot of questions on the City’s density initiatives, including SB10, many of which are pushing unreasonable densification in our neighborhoods, so will cover those.
